A place for you to be heard in a safe and supporting environment without judgement. Counselling is a process of self discovery, supporting you in your own awareness and understanding of the self.
I have twenty years experience of working with young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. I can provide counselling for those in secondary school and support for you, if your child is of primary age.
Being able to express yourself in a creative way is such a gift. I encourage the use of creative arts in my work, both counselling and through meditation. Whether this is using encaustic waxes, paints, clay, poetry or whatever resonates with you.
I have been teaching meditation for children, young people and adults for a number of years both privately and for a local further education college. If you would like one to one sessions, be part of a group or would like to organise sessions for your business or for friends, please get in contact.
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic I am presently only offering remote sessions either through the Zoom online video platform, or telephone. I am fully qualified to offer both of these services.
